Do you love lemons? I use lemons, not only in my drinks, but in my cooking too. I start every day off with a pint of lemon water. Why? Because it’s EXCELLENT for my good health. When you join a health and fitness group of mine, one of the things I’ll ask you to do every day is to increase your water intake. It’s easy to do and your body will love you for it.
