More about Lauren Lapointe:
Living her best life to Lauren is doing things that fill her up, that she loves and giving it back to the world.
Lauren has written a book about creativity, 21 Days to Creativity: How to Develop a Creative Practice, which is available on Amazon.
When Lauren isn’t helping creatives find their voice to turn it into a profitable business, she sings, writes her own songs and teaches yoga as well as meditation.
Lauren’s favourite quote is by Howard Thurman:
“Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive and go do it. Because what the world needs are people who have come alive.”
Lauren chose this quote because it is in line with creativity coaching which helps you find what makes you come alive, to share your creativity in a bigger way. Lauren says, “When we individually come alive, we’re helping the world too.”
