Her journey of self-discovery began in her mid-20s. She was lacking in self-esteem, confidence and direction. She had a nagging ambition to do something with her life, but wasn’t sure which direction to take. Mercedez came across Louise Hay who became the catalyst which helped her realise that she could direct her own life.

What motivates Mercedez is to witness women coming alive as though from a deep sleep. She is passionate about helping women to find their courage and stretch their wings to find their own personal power. She is inspired by nature and loves spending time outdoors, watching birds fly, listening to the breeze and feeling the rays of the sun kiss her skin.
