Cancellation Policy

A 24 HOUR CANCELLATION notice is required for individual treatments. Any non-attended or cancelled appointment within 24 hours will incur up to 100% cancellation fee charge. Late arrivals will finish their treatments within the scheduled time while the fee will remain unchanged. 

Consultations

All consultations are confidential. Client records are kept securely at all times in accordance with The Data Protection Act 1998. I offer a free, 20-minute telephone consultation prior to booking any form of treatment to ensure you feel confident that we’re a good fit and provides a safe space to ask questions.

Contra-Indications

Please be aware that some treatments may not be suitable for some clients.  This is why a thorough consultation is paramount. Please note that holistic therapies are not a substitute for proper medical diagnosis and treatment. At no time will you be encouraged to stop treatment or to reduce or change your prescription drugs without talking to your GP or Consultant.

Parental Permission

Parental permission is required for any client under the age of 18.

Confidentiality for Minors

While parental consent is required for any therapy sessions with minors, consultations with the child are treated as private and confidential. Information shared by the minor during sessions will be kept confidential, in line with professional ethical standards, while ensuring that parents or guardians are kept informed about the overall progress and wellbeing of their child.

Parents and guardians play a vital role in the support and recovery of their child, and communication regarding progress will be shared in a way that respects the minor’s confidentiality while providing reassurance and guidance to the parent or guardian.

Due Caution

In the interests of the safety of both client and therapist, treatment will be refused if it is deemed inappropriate by the therapist.

Payment Information

Pricing of all treatments can be found on the Prices page.

  • Please be aware that a £20 deposit will be requested at time of booking for each treatment. This will be deducted from the total amount due at your appointment.
  • All unattended appointments will lose any deposit paid.
  • Payment is accepted by cash, Google Pay, Paypal or with your debit or credit card.
  • Settlement in full is kindly requested at the end of each face to face treatment.
  • Settlement in full is kindly requested prior to any online consultation.
